Q: The chalet comes with a car?
A: Yes, ball of Hakuba Life properties come with a 4WD car just for guests like you! It even comes with snow tires so you can confidently explore all the Hakuba goodness. And don’t worry, we’ve got you covered with insurance. In the event of an accident, you’ll only be required to pay up to 50000yen in excess.
Q: What’s the bedding configuration?
A: You can choose between a king-size bed or two singles for each room .But if you don’t have any specific requests, we’ll prepare as same as photos in the listing for you.
Q: Is it possible to get a pick up from the station?
A: We’ll pick you up at either Hakuba Station or Happo Bus Terminal if we are available .
Q: Can we have a barbecue there? How much does it cost to rent?
A: Heck yeah! You can definitely have a barbecue here and it’s absolutely free. We’ll even supply the charcoal and fire starters so you can focus on choosing your favorite foods from the local supermarkets.
Q: Can we self check-in?
